The Challenge
With Zepto and its promise of 10-minute deliveries, entering a new market meant building strong awareness and encouraging early adoption of the brand over other quick-commerce players. Since Zepto’s model thrives on ultra-fast delivery, the campaign had to be hyper-targeted near dark store locations to drive immediate consumer action. Selecting high-impact, high-visibility media was crucial to ensuring deep market penetration and creating a lasting impression.
The Solution
To maximize visibility and engagement, we deployed 154 premium media units across seven key cities: Nagpur, Surat, Dehradun, Faridabad, Mysore, Vijayawada, and Kanpur. The campaign strategically utilized 90% high-impact formats including billboards, unipoles, foot over bridges (FOBs), and gantries, while 10% was allocated to transit media like bus queue shelters (BQS) for broader exposure and reach.
Each city was carefully mapped to align with Zepto’s dark store locations, ensuring optimal placement near high-footfall areas, residential neighborhoods, and commercial hubs. Spanning 80,000 sq. ft. of advertising space, the campaign reinforced Zepto’s presence with bold, action-driven messaging that emphasized speed and reliability.
Thanks to the overwhelming consumer response, the campaign was extended to a 30-day duration, with additional media placements in key markets to sustain engagement and boost brand recall.
