Are our programs remote, in-person, or hybrid?
Dentsu offers an ‘agile’ working policy, meaning you can work remotely or from one of our office locations. This gives you the flexibility to work where you get your best work done. Your team may have in-office requirements which would be discussed during your interview.
Can interns convert into full time roles?
Internships can often lead to full-time roles. This is dependent on the needs of the business, and personal performance.
Can freshman or recent graduates be in the internship?
We encourage all interested candidates to apply to the program. If you are a recent graduate and were not selected for the internship program, we may consider you for full time roles and programming instead.
How soon after applying will I hear from a recruiter?
For many of our positions, we accept applications on a rolling basis. You will be contacted when an opportunity is available that meets your skillset, interest, and location preferences. Once you apply, you will be added to our talent community to be considered for future roles.
