Dentsu has been named by the Financial Times as one of the UK’s Best Employers in 2025

Announced in a special report published by the Financial Times, dentsu was named as one of the UK’s Best Employers, based on an independent survey of over 20,000 employees across all business sectors. A range of factors including employee satisfaction, workplace culture, benefits, and career development were taken into consideration.

  • Strengthened ties with Working Families, earning recognition as a Top 30 Employer and supporting their Family Friendly Employer Accreditation initiative
