Pamela has twelve years of expertise leading customer behaviour and marketing effectiveness analysis, across a broad range of industries such as telecoms, retail, government, travel, finance, automotive, alcohol and beverages.
She currently leads marketing effectiveness projects for our largest FMCG clients, across multiple markets. In 2018 her team won the ‘best agency award’ for their marketing effectiveness services.
