Richard brings more than 20 years’ experience working across a range of industry sectors and respected brands, including Corus, Barclays and The Coca-Cola Company. He is passionate about developing and leading high-performing and inclusive teams, driving change and setting up businesses to succeed and grow through ensuring their people can realise their potential.
