As CEO of dentsu Creative UK&I, Jessica steers the business forward on its mission to build brands for what’s next, through the power of Transformative Creativity. She works in close partnership with the wider dentsu team in media and CXM in delivering scaled world-class solutions to clients.
Prior to joining dentsu Creative, Jessica was Chief Client Officer for McCann, Europe & UK, responsible for driving integrated growth for multi-market clients. She previously worked with the UK Government on behaviour change assignments related to public health, safety and welfare, and a secondment to the Olympic Delivery Authority to lead the ‘Get Ahead of the Games’ campaign. She latterly joined WPP to lead the global GSK Corporate Business.
Jessica takes a passionate and active role in promoting positive change in the marketing industry. She sits on the UK’s IPA Council and the Industry Advisory Panel to the Advertising Standards Authority, offering a perspective on how to uphold industry regulation in a way that is both fair and progressive. Jessica is a Non-Exec Director of Somerset House, the UK’s largest creative community working at the intersection of creativity, culture, and social impact. Jessica is also a WACL member and Advisory Board Member of The Women’s Association, dedicated to revealing and removing the systemic barriers preventing women from achieving their potential.
