Caro partners with leaders across dentsu in the UK and Ireland to drive our most critical initiatives. She was previously dentsu’s Global Head of Change Communications, before moving into the Global Operations leadership team as Chief of Staff.
Before joining dentsu, Caro spent over a decade as a management consultant at Deloitte and Moorhouse, where she collaborated with clients to solve their change management and transformation challenges.
