Anne Stagg

Chief Executive Officer, CXM Practice, UK&I

Anne leads our UK&I Merkle business of over 1,000 people to deliver the data, technology, analytics and consulting services that underpin our CXM solutions for clients. She is actively client-facing, helping clients to define their CXM strategy, and to operationalise and deliver against that strategy through business transformation.

Anne is also passionate about improving diversity, equity and inclusion at dentsu, and has taken a leading role in developing our DEI employee resource groups.

Anne has over 30 years of experience in data and technology leadership roles, having worked both client- and agency-side. Before joining Merkle and dentsu, Anne held the roles of managing director at Indicia, director of data services at more2 and head of client management at Experian, and  she began her career at Thomas Cook.
