Paul is a respected member of the Finance community, known for his commercial acumen and strong track record of delivering business growth with his high-performance team. He’s held leadership positions in a number of global companies in Banking, Technology and Media & Entertainment with a strong global outlook having worked in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Since joining dentsu as CFO, dentsu ANZ, in February 2021, Paul has launched a series of initiatives that have transformed the local Finance function with a focus on the commercial reorientation of dentsu ANZ. This includes the dentsu ANZ Pricing Committee and value-based pricing workshops to drive value and rigor around client contracts. He also developed and launched the Operations blueprint as well as delivered the Finance transformation, streamlining and improving the client experience, experience he can draw on for other APAC markets.
