Global, 9 December  —  Dentsu today announced its designation as “a Leader” in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Experience (DX) Services. The inaugural report evaluates providers based on their “completeness of vision and ability to execute” digital transformation consulting, technology platform implementation, experience evolution, content creation and management expertise, and marketing.

“We believe being named a Leader in digital experience by Gartner® is an unparalleled honor and represents the transformation we’re driving within our agency. We feel this recognition validates our investments in industry-leading technology and tools, such as Merkury, across DX, creative and media, to power results for clients who rely on us to future-proof their businesses,” said Pete Stein, Global President, Merkle.

The Gartner® report acknowledges that “Digital services are not just technical services, but also include creative, content and marketing operations, historically served by digital marketing agencies but now offered by a range of providers, including consulting firms, SIs and agencies.”

An integrated network of award-winning brands enables dentsu’s end-to-end experience transformation capabilities: customer experience transformation consultancy, Merkle; creative production agency, Tag; Dentsu Creative; and media agencies Carat, dentsu X and iProspect.
