We’re sharing our skills and capabilities with young people from diverse backgrounds and supporting them to find careers in our industry. We've been working to help improve the digital skills of over 100,000 people and will continue this effort.

Movember

We have worked closely with the Movember Foundation for over ten years driving all communications activity for them in the NZ market. This has seen us create some of NZ's most awarded mental health campaigns and generated record breaking participation and donation results for this great cause.

Gender Affirmation

We're extremely proud to be on the newly launched Gender Affirmation Policy Register from Pride Pledge. This is a first to market solution which allows organisations to be more transparent about what gender affirming policies they have. It's an acknowledgment of our point of view that diversity policies are not just an ‘added bonus’, but top priority.

We’ve established an Advisory Council, comprising people from across the NZ group, to shape and drive positive change in every area of the business.

Promoting Te Reo Māori

We are passionate about promotion of our indigenous language and Māoritanga and have implemented Te Reo signage, Te Reo Māori language courses amongst other initiatives.

We are proud members of Diversity Works, and have partnered with the organisation to audit our business and develop D&I programmes that drive meaningful change.
