dentsu Aotearoa join and host the Pride Pledge Gender Affirmation Policy Register

The dentsu Aotearoa team are extremely proud to be part of the first wave of organisations on the newly launched Gender Affirmation Policy Register from @pridepledge.

The Gender Affirmation Policy Register is a first to market solution which allows organisations to be more transparent to the public and talent prospects about what gender affirming policies they have. To be on this register is an acknowledgment of our point of view that diversity policies are not just an ‘added bonus’, but top priority.

Dentsu Aotearoa are a Gold Pride Pledge organisation. We've been working on improving and embedding strong and supportive DE+I policies throughout the business and these are having an impact. Recent feedback from team members has been really positive, and while there is always room for further improvement, there are plenty of signs that we are on track. 

We would encourage any organisations considering this to get involved and to look at whether the Gender Affirmation Policy Register is right for them. There are some fantastic companies already on the list and many more to come.
