BC&F Dentsu shine at TVNZ-NZ Marketing Awards
It was a successful evening for the BC&F Dentsu team and their clients at last night’s TVNZ-NZ Marketing Awards.
With 20 finalists represented in the majority of categories across the evening and five awards achieved on the night, the only hard part was deciding the best time for a loo break.
The night opened with a big yeehaw, as Tegel’s ‘Taking over Fried Chicken’ won Best Brand Extension/Innovation.
Recognition for both Meridian and Movember came quickly after, with the team sprinting between the stage and the winners’ photo booth.
It was a big night for Meridian Energy, taking home a spiky M for Best Brand Transformation for their ‘Wind. Water. Sun’ campaign, as well as being awarded for their distinctive marketing in the new Agriculture category.
Movember’s ‘A Moment Against Silence’ continued to shine, being awarded Best Collaboration for their work with NZ Rugby and Headfirst, and Essano were recognised for revitalising their Kiwi skincare range.
Managing Partner Luke Farmer says: “With two finalists in categories that recognise long term success, we’re reminded of the importance that strong relationships have on building enduring brands. We’re also excited to see one of our newer friends, Essano get up on stage.”
Managing Director Murray Streets adds: “We’re thrilled for all of our clients and thank them for their ongoing partnerships and for getting behind distinctive work that works.”
The wider dentsu network was also well represented, with multiple finalists for ASB and DB Breweries.
