Albert Heijn extends contract with dentsu

Albert Heijn has extended its contract with dentsu's media agency for the Benelux for the coming years. Bol, Etos, and Gall & Gall will also remain part of this collaboration.

Since 2019, Albert Heijn, Bol, Etos, and Gall & Gall have successfully worked with dentsu media to strengthen their brand positions and achieve growth. The collaboration is based on an integrated approach, combining data-driven strategies with in-depth consumer insights. Within CXM (Customer Experience Management), dentsu focuses on digital touchpoints, such as personalised emails. Dentsu has won multiple prestigious awards, including AMMAs and Effies, for both Bol and Albert Heijn.
