An accomplished business leader with a keen eye for process management and continuous improvement, Marcia has been part of dentsu since its inception in the Canadian market.
She has extensive knowledge of the advertising industry with over 20 years of cross-functional finance experience spanning across our lines of business. She has led operational and finance transformation programs, including sourcing through global delivery models and systems implementation.
Within her current role, she partners with senior business leaders to oversee strategic planning and company-wide operational initiatives to improve efficiency, focusing on driving a culture of operational excellence across the country.
