Ferrah Dagli
Chief People Officer, dentsu ANZ
Ferrah Dagli is dentsu’s Chief People Officer, responsible for leading the development and implementation of ANZ’s integrated people agenda. As part of her role, Ferrah is focussed on building dentsu ANZ’s capability for tomorrow’s business needs, which includes continuing to drive dentsu’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and building a culture that celebrates differences.
With more than 15 years’ experience leading people teams, Ferrah joined dentsu from ANZ Bank she partnered the retail and digital divisions of the bank including leading the complete re-setting of ANZ’s online customer experience arm. As recruit number two, Ferrah worked from concept to implementation in the set-up of a separate digital business, which now employs 700 people and has set the future direction of the bank.
Ferrah’s career has spanned all areas of HR with an early foundation in HR partnering and organisational design. Ferrah has previously spent time in London, allowing her exposure to global businesses including HSBC and Willis Towers Watson. Post her return, she joined ANZ bank as part of its internal consulting team tasked with managing business change projects across the bank. It was in this role that Ferrah gained her expertise in organisational design, change management and project delivery. Ferrah has also worked across the APAC region in the set-up of offshore hubs across India and the Philippines.
