Fiona is an international leader focused on driving cultural ambition, client excellence, and industry pride at dentsu. In her role as Chief Executive Officer, she oversees all client management and media relationships in Australia, building meaningful connections and business growth for all to succeed with as much purpose as possible.
Prior to joining dentsu, Fiona was an awarded CEO of UM ANZ, a top global market for IPG. Here she played a pivotal role in leading the agency’s success, developing world class partnerships such as The Australian Federal Government, Coca-Cola South Pacific and others. As part of IPG Global she also worked out of global HQ supporting regional CEOs as Global Chief of Growth.
Her diverse career has also seen roles in London and Europe leading media and creative agencies. For PepsiCo EMEA on music and sports platforms, and music festivals for Interbrew. She has a BAHons degree with distinction from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, majoring in Retail Business & Marketing.
Fiona’s commitment to excellence is matched by her dedication to personal and professional development. She is also a qualified master coach and yoga/meditation teacher. And a supporter of girls' education and creativity in developing countries and communities.
