Haystac Sydney announces new business wins
Haystac Sydney today announces a number of new business wins, with the agency adding Toys “R” Us, HBO and Oracle NZ to its client roster.
The new business wins are a nod to the agency’s great momentum, marking the end of a successful year.
Following a series of successful projects, Haystac has secured Toys”R”Us as a retained account, handling PR and influencer activity to support the expansion of the best-loved toy retailer in Australia.
Haystac launched the Toys”R”Us program by showcasing top toys for Christmas at the annual Toy & Baby Fair; swiftly followed by the Star Wars’ Force Friday unboxing event, releasing new Star Wars characters to the world via a midnight Facebook Live in-store event. With the festive season fast approaching, the team is rolling out Christmas support in tandem with a seasonal ‘what’s hot for the pool and beach’ campaign.
Working with Dentsu Aegis Network partner Vizeum, Haystac has also been appointed to handle influencer relations to support the release of HBO’s latest blockbuster, The Deuce, starring James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal. Haystac also recently managed the highly successful project for HBO’s Big Little Lies digital download and brought the Game of Thrones’ Knight King to Sydney to promote the HBO’s GoTS7 download.
Oracle New Zealand has appointed Haystac to manage its corporate and event PR. The New Zealand appointment comes as an extension of the agency’s work with Oracle Australia corporate PR, who appointed Haystac in June. In the past six months, Haystac has supported events, employee and customer storytelling, cloud research, media training, executive profiling and earnings announcements. The team has also worked across different business units in the company, including Marketing Cloud, Banking & Finance, Data-as-a-Service and Hospitality.
Haystac has also retained Genpact, a global professional services firm specialising in digital transformation, assisting with media outreach surrounding executive visits, consumer and business research and events.
Speaking of the wins, Sarah Littlefair, General Manager, Haystac Sydney said, “It’s fantastic to see Haystac Sydney go from strength-to-strength across both our fintech and consumer divisions. We’re creating strategic campaigns and that really deliver for our clients and our recent growth is wholly reflective of the smart, creative team we have in place.”
