Accordant joins the Isobar Australia Group, boosting Group's end-to-end digital transformation offering
Following the acquisition of leading data-driven customer experience agency Accordant in May 2017, Dentsu Aegis Network today announces that Accordant will be joining the Isobar Group Australia & New Zealand, becoming “Accordant, Linked by Isobar.”
This strategic alignment continues to build out the Isobar Group ANZ offering, developing strong digital specialisation across data, creativity, design, technology and personalisation.
Accordant, a digital marketing personalisation agency launched in 2014, uses data and technology to personalise and optimise the customer experience, and is the first agency to receive the title ‘Adobe Target Specialisation Partner’ globally.
The combined power of Isobar and Accordant has already been demonstrated with a number of recent client successes delivering end-to-end customer experience solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud. Recently, Accordant and Isobar took home four of nine awards at Adobe’s Asia Pacific Executive Partner Forum held in Singapore, demonstrating their combined capability and commitment to improving customer experiences leveraging real-time data and technology.
With the establishment of Accordant, Linked by Isobar, the Isobar Group ANZ now includes WiTH Collective, Soap and SMG Studio, Accordant and New Zealand based Little Giant, all of which have adopted the 'Linked by Isobar’ suffix and define a new paradigm in the competition amongst the creative and consultancy space. The Isobar Group delivers an unparalleled combination of creative, build and personalisation, providing brands with the necessary expertise to deliver digital transformation and persuasive digital experiences.
Accordant Co-founder & CEO, Stephen Knowles said, “As CMOs engage with their customers via true digital experiences and stray away from more conventional advertising models, our combined offering and proven wins will enable them to achieve their objectives. We believe the Isobar Group brings together the best of the best to deliver actionable ideas for sustainable competitive advantage. It made complete sense for us as both a reflection of our people as well as the value of the work to join the family.”
CEO Isobar Group ANZ, Konrad Spilva said, “The Isobar Group is committed to embracing deep specialisation across digital transformation. We don’t try and be a single entity, we know where our strengths lie and defer to others in the group where appropriate. Accordant adds the missing ingredient with Isobar Group to truly become a leading digital group offering end to end solutions across creativity, design, technology and personalisation.”
Dentsu Aegis Network ANZ CEO, Simon Ryan said, “The strategic alignment of Accordant builds on our capability across digital and customer experience, and adds significant expertise as we help our clients navigate the digital economy. We are pleased to welcome Steve, Scott and their entire team into the Isobar Group.”
