Isobar today announces that Joan O’Reilly has been promoted to the role of General Manager for Isobar Perth as WA becomes strategic priority for Isobar nationally.
With Joan’s appointment, Isobar will continue to drive growth and innovation in the Perth market and add new capabilities to a team that has proven success working with clients such as LWP, St John’s Ambulance and DFES. The team of 30 will continue to perform in CRM and eCommerce platforms, while integrating the national Isobar offering under Joan’s direction.
Since joining Isobar in October 2008, Joan has been on the National Leadership team bringing with her more than 20 years’ experience in delivering digitally-led platforms, products and communication work.
She has also been responsible for spearheading the delivery team in the complex environment of technology, creativity and constantly changing client needs, while playing a pivotal role in carrying out company culture and vision around the important area of Brand Commerce.
WA Clients will benefit from Joan’s wealth of experience in client transformation, digital strategy and delivery, while bolstering the team’s experience in eCommerce, CRM and high-level systems integration.
“CRM, eCommerce, and data driven marketing are central to our vision of Brand Commerce and with Joan leading the way, I’ve no doubt we’ll own this vision at a world-class level,” said Konrad Spilva, CEO of Isobar ANZ.
“The Turnbull Government’s recent announcement of the ‘Ideas Boom’ marks a change from mining to innovation in WA, reinforcing the need to focus on innovation as a new source for growth there.”
“The ideas boom has created opportunity for many different businesses, encouraging them to start investing in more innovative strategies that will allow them to focus on customer-centric solutions,” said Konrad.
Speaking of her new role, Joan said, “I look forward to combining the teams across markets to focus on delivering world-class work and building the bridge between East and West,”
“There is huge capacity to share learnings from globally recognised work like the recent UMOOD for Uniqlo, CoDriver for General Motors and transformation programs we deliver for Holden, ANZ and Jetstar.”
Joan’s role is effective immediately.
