Rumiana Yakimova

HR Business Partner, dentsu Southeast Europe

Rumiana Yakimova is an accomplished professional in the area of corporate affairs and internal communications with nearly 20 years of experience in the public and private sector. 

She started her career in dentsu as a project manager in 2014 to become HR Business Partner for Bulgaria and Croatia three years later. She has developed and implemented the local HR framework with a focus on design and delivery of employee touchpoints to ensure open dialogue, diversity opportunities and inclusive workplace across dentsu multicultural environment. 

Since 2021 Rumiana has become HR Business Partner for Southeast Europe taking accountability for Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia and the Adriatic Affiliates.

She is Social Impact Champion for Bulgaria and HR Diversity and Inclusion Champion for CEE, Central and Easter Europe.
