Shalinee Kulshreshtha has 20 years of diversified experience in the field of Litigation, Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, Data Privacy, Cyber laws, Competition Law, Integrity and Ethics, Employment law, Compliances, IPR & Corporate advisory.
She is a qualified lawyer and has a master’s degree in law too. She has done Masters in Business Law from NLSIU, Bangalore. She started her career as a practicing lawyer with an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India, wherefrom she moved to a full-service Law firm M.V.Kini & Co. Her inclination to do general corporate legal work made her make a move to the Corporate world, wherein, she worked in corporations like DuPont, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Avaya Global Connect, Honeywell and Pearson. She has managed legal, compliance, secretarial and risk management portfolios with team and worked in various jurisdictions including South Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and Singapore. She has all through been achieving distinctions by being the topper of school, her college and then, finally as Gold medalist in the University. She is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. She joined Dentsu in June, 2021 as the General Counsel for South Asia.
