With over ten years of experience in HR, talent management and organisational development ,Dafna is a manager who brings a diverse range of experience in multinational and global companies such as Xilinx, Samsung and Dell as well as HR officer roles with the United Nations.
As a key member of dentsu Israel management team , Dafna is responsible for various people focused areas including talent acquisition, management advisory, performance management and employee engagement. These activities ensure to deliver the best talents for our clients; ensuring the business has the right leadership capability and the culture that supports our people to be the best they can be.
Dafna Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Master’s degree in Organizational consulting from Bar-Ilan University.
