Fika started her lawyering journey in 2010 working in law firms focusing on corporate M&A, foreign investment, and employment area. She took care of both local and international clients from various industries including healthcare, telecommunication, technology, consumer goods and retail, agriculture, real estate, and private equity.
In 2017 Fika switched to in-house counsel. Before leading the Legal Team in dentsu, she worked for a leading super-app company managing fund-raising projects, investor relations and corporate legal affairs; and afterward a beauty company in which she acted both as a Country Legal Counsel for Indonesia, and a Regional Legal Counsel taking care of 8 other markets in APAC.
Fika’s experience in dealing with various industries and backgrounds helps in shaping her legal skills, business acumen and adaptability. She embraces challenges and is passionate in leadership and building legal team with strategic commercial-legal approach.
