Joseph is an astute, highly respected, and exceptional leader who has made an instrumental contribution to the growth of dentsu Indonesia business since taking over the CFO role in 2019. His financial acumen and collaborative mindset and approach has resulted in dentsu Indonesia consistently delivering exceptional business and financial performance - Indonesia is now one of the highest performing markets in APAC.
Apart from carrying out his CFO responsibilities, Joseph is involved in managing our business from an operational perspective, and in driving operational rigour. In his COO role, Joseph partners closely with the country CEO, the rest of leadership team in Indonesia, and APAC Operations team to accelerate dentsu's transformation journey in Indonesia – including implementing global operating model and organisation design, championing greater integration and simplification, and operationally enabling dentsu to achieve global business and societal vision of Championing Meaning Progress.
