Arshad has over 15 years of extensive expertise across ad tech, data-driven marketing, analytics, and programmatic. He joined dentsu Indonesia in March 2020 as COO of iProspect Indonesia after leaving Google, where he was Head of Google Marketing Platform for four years. Prior to that, Arshad spent a decade at WPP and Innity, helping scale their programmatic and digital businesses across Southeast Asia.
Since joining dentsu, Arshad has helped lead the business to significant client wins such as Tokopedia, Traveloka, and Wings, as well as winning three silvers at Campaign Asia's agency of the year 2021. By January 2022, Arshad was promoted as dentsu CXM’s CEO to launch Merkle Indonesia, with a renewed vision of building capabilities in digital and data transformation to empower dentsu Indonesia's clients to deliver differentiated customer experiences.
