Victoria Livingstone Chief People Officer, EMEA is the HR business partner to Giulio Malegori, EMEA CEO and the lead for the EMEA HR function.
Victoria has more than two decades of experience leading HR functions for some of the world’s largest brands including Ford, Vodafone, CISCO, and HSBC. She has extensive multinational company experience in the high tech, telecommunications, automotive, financial services and fashion e-commerce industries, operating at a senior executive level and with large scale client groups (65,000 FTE) and HR team (1000 FTE).
She has experience in a variety of HRBP, CoE and Transformation & Change roles with a specialism on focusing on deep commercial alignment to drive business transformation, through org design and development, accompanied by a focus on leadership and culture at its heart.
Victoria has delivered significant organisation transformation programs to drive growth, operational efficiency and culture change.
