Paal Fure
CEO, dentsu Norway and Northern Europe
Paal Fure joined dentsu in 2006 as MD for Vizeum, and has managed Isobar and iProspect before becoming CEO of dentsu Norway in 2012. In 2015 he took on the role as CEO for dentsu Nordic, and in 2020 he assumed the role of CEO for dentsu Northern Europe.
Fure started his career in McCann Erickson as a communications and trend researcher, before co-founding Bengal Consulting, specializing in future studies and brand innovation. His analytical approach is part of the syllabus of Norwegian marketing schools.
For many years, Fure has been regarded as one of the top thought leaders in the marketing industry. He is also a highly requested keynote speaker within future orientation, marketing transformation and brand innovation. Fure is, and always has been, a productive professional and still works as a strategic advisor for many brands and businesses originating from Northern Europe with a global presence and ambition.
In 2023, Paal Fure was awarded as the industry’s most popular leader. He was given an honorary award by the industry association in 2018.
