Judy Tao, who has over 20 years of advertising creative experience, is known for her endless creativity and bold innovation. Judy joined dentsu one Taipei for 11 years and has been promoted as General Manager & Chief Creative Director since 2019, leading dentsu on Taipei to win the tremendous honor of a triple crown as Best Creative Agency of the Year from Campaign, Brain, and ADM, which are the three top professional marketing magazines at home and abroad. Under Judy’s leadership, dentsu one Taipei has been awarded as Best Creative Agency of the Year by Campaign for eight consecutive years by 2021. Judy led the creative team to win over 900 awards nationally and internationally so far, such as Spikes Asia, ADFEST, One Show, Effie, New York Festivals, London International Awards, Red Dot Design Award, Mobius Awards, Campaign Digital Media Awards, ROI China, Times Asia-Pacific, 4A Creative Awards and so on.
If Judy and her team hadn’t successfully rescued kiwifruit in time, you might not be able to find kiwifruit in Taiwan today. Judy and her team received a Cannes Lion, first for Taiwan and in the whole Greater China region, for the same work that built Taiwan’s kiwifruit market. But that’s not the only thing that makes Judy her legendary status in Taiwan. She also has helped clients build many multi-billion-dollar brands, including tea drink Cha Li Won, Honda, 7 11, to name just a few.
In recent years, Judy has been committed to leading the digital transformation of dentsu one Taipei and making innovative breakthroughs for our clients. In 2020, Judy and her creative team won the AD STARS Silver Award for Innovation, Taiwan‘s first international advertising award in the innovation category. Afterward, Judy also won the dentsu Innovation Award for Data-Driven Creativity in 2021, the Campaign Digital Media Award, the Red Dot Design Award, etc. With successful cases, dentsu one Taipei demonstrates innovative and diversified creativity and creates integrated brand solutions for clients.
Judy was the first winner of the Cannes Lions for Taiwan and the whole Greater China region, and also awarded by the Campaign Asian “Women to Watch,” and the Outstanding Creative of Taipei Association of Advertising Agencies in Taiwan. In addition, Judy has long served as a jury for domestic and foreign creative awards, such as Spikes Asia, Clio, NYF, Effie, 4A, etc. Judy contributes to society with her creative field efforts and hopes to create a good creative environment for the new generation.
