A pioneer marketing leader with over 27 years of experience, he leads the transformation for media industry with a forward-thinking vision. His characteristic background combines the sensibility of a mad man with the rationality of a nerd, which has been demonstrated through diversified expertise, including integrated marketing, strategic planning, creativity development, media optimization, digital marketing, software development and organization transformation, to bring the holistic vision in marketing field.
Since joining Carat in 2015, he has driven the Carat’s digital transformation by leveraging digital expertise and managing capabilities. Facing the challenges in uncertain environment, JJ contributed his expertise and led Carat’s transformation through innovative perspective and digital service, and media solution. Proactively partnering with clients, not only successfully maintain the existing business, but also to capture the new opportunities for the growth of organization.
Under his leadership, Carat maintain the leading position in terms of ranked the first in overall quantitative activity (annul billing amount), and the first in Taiwan's qualitative report (qualitative assessment of media agency) by recognized the international third party (RECMA). Continuously demonstrating his influencing power to the industry also won the recognition of the Outstanding Media Service Company Leader Award in 2021.
