Dentsu Aegis Network Expands Digital Capabilities in Taiwan with the Acquisition of WIS
Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the acquisition of WIS Performance Media Inc. (known as “WIS”), a leading digital search and performance agency in Taiwan. WIS will become part of Dentsu Aegis Network’s performance agency iProspect in Taiwan and will jointly be known as iProspect WIS. The acquisition of WIS will double iProspect’s scale in the market and further strengthen the network’s foothold as the largest international media, digital and creative communications group in Taiwan.
Established in 2005, WIS is one of the leading search marketing resellers in Taiwan for the small to medium sized enterprise (SMB) category and an established Google analytics partner. WIS is well positioned to support iProspect in the rapidly expanding digital marketing and performance media arena. With a 100-strong team, the agency provides full service digital performance services for 1,500 clients across a range of diverse brand verticals.
Joining the iProspect WIS leadership team is Simon Wu, Founder and General Manager of WIS, who will be responsible for client development and overall business strategy and planning. Simon will report to Carrie Tsai, iProspect Managing Director.
