Dentsu doubles down on client focused leadership in EMEA region
Paolo Stucchi appointed as CEO Media, EMEA and Thomas Le Thierry appointed as Client Advisor, EMEA
Dentsu has announced changes to the EMEA Executive Team to strengthen client focus and continue to help clients transform their business and respond to the changing needs of consumers.
Paolo Stucchi has been appointed to CEO Media, EMEA, dentsu, reporting to Giulio Malegori, EMEA CEO, dentsu and Peter Huijboom, CEO Media, International markets, dentsu.
Stucchi will lead the media business for dentsu in EMEA overseeing thousands of media experts, craft specialists, insight tools and products through its award-winning agencies iProspect, Carat and dentsu X and the broader dentsu network. Stucchi has deep expertise in media working in dentsu for over 12 years holding leadership roles such as CEO, Vizeum Italy, Chief Strategic Officer, dentsu Italy, President, Vizeum Italy and most recently dentsu CEO, Southern Europe, MENA, Turkey.
As part of this change, Thomas Le Thierry will transition from his current role of CEO Media, EMEA to a new critical client leadership role as Client Advisor, EMEA, dentsu. In this position, Le Thierry will lead key EMEA Media client relationships and partner with them to develop and deliver progressive and effective media strategies to support their business priorities and growth plans in 2023.
Le Thierry has rich and deep experience working as part of dentsu over the last 25 years. His experience has been pivotal to understanding and responding to clients’ needs; spanning roles across EMEA. Notably, former roles include CEO & Founding Director, Vizeum in France, CEO & President, Carat France, Global CEO & President, Vizeum and most recently dentsu CEO, Media EMEA.

These changes will take effect in Q1 2023.
