Kate looks after our People function at dentsu Ireland. Armed with a passion for wellbeing & a fascination for all things people watching, Kate graduated from DCU with a BSc in Psychology in 2016. Kate then went on to complete a MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology in UL in 2017.
Kate joined dentsu Ireland in 2017 and progressed from People & Talent Assistant to heading up the People function in this time. Kate is passionate about continually enhancing the employee experience and has played a pivotal role in building a dynamic, business focused, operationally efficient people function.
