Carol McSwiney
Finance Director, dentsu, Ireland
Carol achieved her chartered accountancy qualifications while working with PWC. Following this, she spent 4+ years on Danone's finance team before joining dentsu in May 2016. Carol has been pivotal in creating and leading a dynamic and solutions oriented finance team within dentsu. During her time in dentsu, she has implemented new processes and discovered efficiencies that have been instrumental to the growth and success of both client and dentsu finance systems.
Carol is also responsible for business performance, results, and the financial success of dentsu, Ireland and their brands. She provides financial advice and support to senior executives to help make key decisions.
