Éva Pőcze

Operations Manager, dentsu Hungary

Éva has been with dentsu for so long that she has stopped counting the years (15+). She had the opportunity to try herself out in many different roles and areas and gain a diverse work experience.​

She has started her dentsu career as a Client Lead and Group Account Director at Isobar Budapest. After many successful years of client management, she has shifted away from business and started focusing on making the company better. Since then, she has worked on many internal projects aimed at improving operations within dentsu Hungary Group including process development, system implementations, compliance management.  ​

Since 2022 Éva has been overseeing dentsu Hungary’s PR activities and supporting internal communications, as well as business continuity management. In addition, she takes an active role in shaping the market’s Social Impact Program. She is a key member of the local dentsu Social Impact Committee which promotes SI initiatives and aims to build a conscious and responsible culture among employees.
