At our Diversity Discourse events, dentsu employees are invited to participate in roundtable discussions where they can openly exchange their thoughts on social differences that exist in our rapidly changing world. These discourses are aimed at turning these differences into advantages and ultimately, acceptance. To foster understanding of diversity, fairness, and inclusivity within our team, we invite speakers from our own colleagues to talk about their own experiences and exchange perspectives with other colleagues in the audience.  This way, the atmosphere of the discourse is imbued with honesty and authenticity. We believe that getting to know each other's experiences helps our colleagues maintain an open-minded approach.
