#BreakTheBias
International Women's Day (IWD) on 8 March celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender equality.
Addressing bias, discrimination and stereotypes is a critical element in driving and enabling equality. That's why we're adopting the IWD's annual theme of #BreakTheBias to champion a gender equal world.
Creating a fair and open society sits at the heart of our social impact strategy and wider social purpose: "To go beyond the here and now to create truly sustainable value for the lasting good of everyone."
