Cindy joined Isobar (now Dentsu Creative) in July 2017 and served as Managing Partner since March 2020. Prior to Isobar, Cindy worked at Trio since 2010 in numbers of client servicing roles and played a pivotal role in the Trio Isobar integration. With the integration of dentsu's creative brands, she was appointed Chief Client Solution Officer of Dentsu Creative China in 2022, recognizing her exceptional agency and account management experience.
Cindy has been trusted to serve some of the company‘s key clients, including Yum China, PepsiCo, Danone, Hershey’s, HALEON/GSK, Master Kong, and Cowell Health.
Never content with the status quo, Cindy’s hunger to continuously innovate has been recognized on many occasions, most notably with the 2017 Campaign AOY‘s Greater China Account Person and dentsu China’s Top 3 Vision & Values STAR.
