Dentsu appoints Stefan Voss as Chief Client Officer DACH
Frankfurt, 15 February 2021 - dentsu has appointed Stefan Voss to the newly created
position of Chief Client Officer. He is responsible for strategic customer management
throughout the DACH region. His role focuses on integrated client consulting and
leadership across dentsu's three business service lines - Media, Customer Experience
Management (CXM) and Creative - managing expertise and integrated solutions from
Media & Performance, Content & Creative and Marketing Technology to meet specific
client requirements. As a member of the DACH Executive Board, he reports directly to
CEO Ulrike Handel and collaborates closely with the regional client teams from all dentsu
agencies on client development and business growth.
Stefan Voss brings more than 20 years of marketing & advertising experience as a
consultant and entrepreneur. He has also worked in various management positions in a
range of industries. Most recently, he was Digital Sales & Solution Lead DACH and Lead
Marketing Services Central Europe at Cognizant Interactive. Prior to that, he was
responsible for various data-driven marketing projects as Senior Manager Digital
Marketing Transformation at Accenture Interactive. He has extensive knowledge of
digital marketing strategy, organisation and implementation, and a proven track record
with leading companies in digital transformation and the implementation of new business
models – including at Axel Springer, ProSiebenSat.1 Media and Amazon.
